PETITION FOR VACATION OF A
PART OF DIAMOND DRIVE
The Honorable Commissioners of
the City of Salina, Kansas
The undersigned
request that all portions

land be vacated under the
owners of the abutting property respectfully
of Diamond Drive (including the Old County
confines of the following described tract of
authority of K.S.A. 13-443:
That certain portion of the Northeast Quarter (NEf4) of
Section Thirty-five (35), Township Thirteen (13) South,
Range Three (3) West of the 6th P. M., more particularly
described as follows:
The whole of the West 279.45 feet of the East 401.15 feet
of the South 169.35 feet thereof, excepting a triangular
tract in the Northeast corner thereof conveyed to the
State Highway Commission of the State of Kansas as re-
flected by the deed recorded in Book 230 of Deeds at
pages 395-397 in the Office of the Register of Deeds
of Saline County, Kansas.
The undersigned owners request that the Commission declare
that the vacated portions of said street revert to the abutting property
of petitioners lying next South thereof, said property being the only
property abutting thereon as contemplated by applicable statutes.
