Dear }lr. Harrison:
I enclose herewith two copies of an application for amendment to the
City Zoning Hap and our firm's check made payable to you in the
amount of $25 to cover the filing fee.
I anticipate that Larry Bengtson will prepare resolution for adop-
tion at the next meeting of the City Commission, authorizing the
Mayor to join in this application on behalf of the City, present
owner of the property.
Accordingly, this application should be placed on the agenda for
the next meeting of the City Commission.
Property owners within 200 feet of the subject property include:
George Etheri'~gton, 2103 South Ohio, as agent for the m,'11ers of
Country Hills Addition; the City of Salina; L. H. Burkholder, RRR3;
and Ben A. Sellers, 349 Sunset Drive.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, please call. The
Planning Department of the City and the Planning and Zoning Commis-
sion have already had occasion to be advised of our plans with re-
spect to this property, and the City Planning Department has already
prepared a drawing showing this location with reference to adjacent
propertyownerg.

I enclose herewith three copies of a document entitled "Consent
to Rezoning by Adjacent Property Owner." They have been executed
by George Etheringtou, L. H. Burkholder. and Ben A. Sellers,
respectively.
Please note that these adjacent land owners join in my application
requesting that the City rezone the subject property from Class
"AA" to Class "C."
The only remaining land owner within 200 feet of the subject
property is the City of Salina, whose consent I hope to obtain
in the next few days.
