property. Our records indicate your property has never been
included in a'sewer benefit district. Therefore, it would
be necessary to include your property in this sewer district
and assess a proportionate part of the project cost to your
property,

Dear Mr. Boyer:
This will confirm our telephone conversation of this morning that Mr.
Rollin E. Cobb, 1729 Glen Avenue, Salina, Kansas, agrees to permit
Richard J. Neul:lan to attach his sewer line to the private sewer line
now on Mr.ltobb's prope~ty. Hi~permission is given with the under-
standing that there will be no expense to Mr. Cobb for the installa-
tion of the additional sewer line and that his property will be restored
to its pr ior condition so far as reasonab 1 y possible. Would you, or
one of your representatives, please contact Mr. Ccbb to work out the
I:lost feasible route for the line from Hr. NeIL'1!an's property. It is I:lY
understanding that the present plan of installation through the alley
with assessments against the adjoining property owners will now be
abandoned and the entire cost will be assessed against Hr. Neuæan.
