Dear Sirs,
We request re-zonlng to General ßuslness Classification because we
have been doing general business at this location for 44 years.
Special zoning classification Is or can be too restrictive for future
use in the transaction of business ill order to remain a successful
enteqJrlse.
We do general business in part that Is In cornpe~ition with many
other businesses of this community. We feel that we must transact
business to satisfy the needs of our owners even though they may
be sm:lll. All of the transactions are necessary for adequate ¡~-
come in order to keep the standards as Roselawn has heretofore
established.
According to the interpretation of Special Zoning Classification, we
.could be subject to future restxictive actions by future officers of
the city commission or city employees or agencies and we res-
pectfully request re-zoning to cover our actual operation.
