1. 'That tract o[ land known as Block Four and sho'iln and
designated as such on the replat of shippel Addition to the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, may be used for residen~ial
purposes as provided in said original l:estrjctions or for the
construction of ti professional office complex subject to the
following limitations:
a. Any such professional office cowplex constructed on
said Block 4 shall not exceed 4'1,000 square feet and shall
be at least 10,000 square feet,

shall not exceed tHenty-foul- (24) feet and all such

c. Any such professional' office complex shall provide
a patron parking lot which shall be located adjacent to .
Ohio Avenue between said avenue and such office structures
and said 'parking shall èontain 62,400 squ~re feet. The
north-south 'dimensions of such parking lot shall be at
least 500 feet and the east-Hest dimensions of such
parking lot shall be at least 100 feet. Access
to said parkin~ lot shall be provided by entrances
from Cloud Street and Shippel D,ri ve,

such professional office corrplex shall have parking
