We, the onders igned, bei n9 res i dents and property o~mers
the City of Salina, Kansas, do hereby petition .yourhonorable body
for the vacé\tion of a twenty foot (20 I) uti 1 ity easement between Lots
Two (2) and Three (3), and Thirty-seven (37) and Thirty-eight (38),
Block Sixteen (16) and also the vacation of the east twenty\: five feet
(25') of a fifty foot (50') pipeline easement located on Lots One (1),
Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), Block Sixteen (16);
and Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6) and
Seven (7), Block Ni neteen (19), a 11 in Georgetown Additi on to the City
