The extent of the proposed improvement district to be assessed isas indicated
on the attached plat and is described as follows: . Lots Five (5) through Ten. (10),
Block One (1) and Lots Two (2) through Six (6), Blocklhree (3), Eastrldge AddÜlOn
to the Clty of Sall na, Kansas.---
(D)
The proposed method of assessment is:
Distributed equally to each lot served.
(E)
The proposed apportionment of costs between the improvement district and
city-at-large is Ninety-one percent ( 91 %) to be
against the improvement districtand Nlne percent
( 9 %) to be paid by the city-at-large.
(F)
We further propose that such improvement be made without notice and hearing
required by K.S.A. 12-6aO4(1) as amended.
No name may be withdrawn from this petitiOf1 after
the Governing Body commences consideration of the petition
