hereby propose that such improvement be made in the manner provided by Article
6a, Chapter 12, of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, as amended.
(B)
The estimated or probable cost of such improvement is One hundred forty thousand
two hundred sevent -seven and 50 100
(c)
The extent of the proposed improvement district to be assessed is as indicated
on the attached plat and is described as follows: Lots 1 throuqh 10, Block 10;
Lots 1 throuGh 26, Block 11; Lots 1 throuqh 27, Block T?; Lot 1 throuqh 3 and Lots
16 and 17. Block 14. Mayfair Addition to the City of Salina. Kansas.
(D)
The proposed method of assessment is:

(t)
The proposed apportionment of costs between the improvement district and the
city-at-large is ninety-three percent ( 93 %) to be as.sessed
against the improvement district and seven percent
( 7 ~) to be paid by the city-at-Iarge.
(F)
We further propose that such improvement be made without notice and hearing as
required by K.S.A. 12-6aO4(1) as amended.
No name may be withdrawn from this petition after
the Governing Body commences consideration of the petition
or later than seven (7) days after this petition has been
filed with the City Clerk. (K.S.A. -6aO4)
