We, the undersigned, being owners of record of property 1 fable for assessment for.
the following proposed improvement: Acqusition of a drainage canal in accordance
with the approve plans and specifications on file with the City Engineering
Department. (See attached Legal Description).
hereby propose that such improvement be made in the manner provided by Article
6a, Chapter 12, of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, as amended.
(B)
The estimated or probable cost of such improvement is One Hundred Eighty-six
Thousand and no/lOO--------------------------------------Dollars.

The extent of the proposed improvement district to be assessed is as indicated
on the attached plat and is described as follows: All lots in Mayfair Addition
to the City of Salina, excepting only those lots fronting on Wayne Avenue and
Ohio Street.

Gentlemen:,
Attached please find petition to the governing body of the City
of Salina in connection with the drainage canal adjacent to the Mayfair
Addition to the City. This petition has the full benefit district per
attached map and replaces the previously filed petition logged in
August 8, 1980, which also related to the drainage canal, but which had
a restricted benefit district.
Please process the attached petition and consider this letter to
suspend the August 8,1980 petition.
