We, the undersigned, being owners of record of property liable for assessment for
the following proposed improvement: The work includes the curbing, guttering,
pavi ng, grading, storm sel^lers of the to II OWlng streets: Fa i th Dri ve from the
north line of McAdams Road to the east line of Lot 15, Block 9, Replat of Falth
Addition. Meadowbrook Road from the north line of McAdams Road to the south llne
of Faith Drive. The work incl udes the installation of a sanitary sewer system to
serve all of Block 4; Lots 2 through 11, Block 8; Lot 16, Block 9; and all of
Block 10 in the Replat of Faith Additlon. The work lncludes the lnstallatlOn Of
a water system to serve Lots 8 through 13, Block 3; Lots I through 6 and Lots ;;
through 13, Block 4; Lots 7 through 11, Block 7; Lots ~ through II, 1:$ lock tS;
Lot 16, Block 9; and all of Block 10 In the Replat of f-alth Addltlon.
hereby propose that such improvement be made in the manner provided by Article
6a, Chapter 12, of ,the K,ansas Statutes Annotated, as amended.

The extent of the propos!ad improvement district to be assessed is as indicated
on the attached plat and isdes,cribed ,ðsfollows: E. 1/2 of Lot 7 and Lots 8
throuah 13.S10ck 3: all of Block .4; Lots 7 through 12 and E. 1/2 of Lot 13,
Block 7: all of Block 8: Lot 16, Block 9; and all of Block 10 in the Replat of
Faith Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, 'Kansas.
(D)
The proposed method of assessment is: Adjusted Front Footage
The proposed apportionment of costs between the improvement district and the
ci ty-at-l arge is one hundred percent' ( 100 %) to be assessed
against the improvement district and zero percent
(0 %) to be paid by the city-at-large.
We further propose that such improvement be made without notice and hearing as
required by K.S,.A. 12-6a04(1) as amended.
No name may be withdrawn from this petition after
the Governing Body commences consideration of the petition
or ,later than seven (7) days afte,r this petition has been
filed with the City Clerk. (K.S.A. 12-6a04)
