BELOIT AVENUE from Courtney Drive to Eastgate Drive, COURTNEY DRIVE from the north line of Bradshaw Drive to the south line of Ellsworth Avenue. The work also includes the installation of an 8' sanitary sewer line beginning at an existing manhole located at the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Eastgate Addition; thence running east 586 feet; thence south 250 feet to a point where a manhole will be constructed which will be terminus of Lateral Sewer No. 643. And beginning at an existing manhole located on the west line of Courtney Drive, in the easement first south of Bradshaw Drive; thence running east to a point 20 feet east of the northeast corner of Lot 9, Block 2, Eastgate Addition, where a manhole will be constructed which will be terminus of Lateral Sewer No, 644.
