SCOPE OF WORK
The curbing, quttering, paving and grading of Planet Avenue be-
ginning at the south line of Saturn Avenue; thence south to the
south line of Lot 3, Block One, of American Stores Properties,
Inc. Addition; thence west to a point 36 feet west of the west
line of Lot 3, Block One of American Stores Properties, Inc.,
Addition; thence south to Magnolia Road.
The installation of a 12" wate." main, beginning at thp intersec-
tion of Saturn Avenue and Planet Avenue; thence running south in
Planet Avenue to Magnolia Road; and also the installation of a
6" water main running west from the Magnolia Road and Ninth Street
intersection to a point approximately 400 feet west of the center
line of Ninth Street.
An 8" VCP sanitary sewer pipe beginning at an existing manhole
located in the south parking of Saturn Avenue and 150 feet east
of Tulane Avenue; thence running west a distance of 49 feet;
thence running south a distance of 587 feet where a manhole will
be constructed which will be terminus of Lateral Sewer No, 641.
The excavation and grading of open ditch drainage and the in-
stallation of a 36" storm sewer along Magnolia Road, beginning
at a point 300 feet west of the center line of Ninth Street and
85 feet north of the center line of Magnolia Road; thence
running west a distance of 133 feet; thence south a distance of
12 feet to the existing open ditch.

Lots 1 and 3, and the east 36 feet of Lot 2. Block One. American
Stores Properties. Inc,. Addition to the City of Salina. Kansas.
and an unplatted tract of land in the south half of the southeast
quarter of Section 26, Township 14 South. Range 3 '~est of the 6th
PM. in Saline County Kansas. described as follows: BeginninQ at
a point on the west right of way line of Ninth Street. which
point being 722,18 feet north of the south line of said Section
26. and 82.23 feet west of the east line of said Section 26;
thence west and parallel to the south line of said Section 26,
a distance of 721,96 feet; thence north and parallel to the east
line of said Section 26. a distance of 613.80 feet to the north
line at the south half of the southeast Quarter of said Section
26; thence east along said north line of the south half of the
southeast quarter of said Section 26. a distance of 726.40 feet
to the west right of way line of Ninth Street; thence south along
said right of way line of Ninth Street a distance of 602.35 feet
to the point of beginning.
