of Salina, Kansas, do hereby petition your honorable body for the vacation
of the following described easement:
A tract of land in the North~ est Quarter- of the South~lest Quarter of
~e_ction 36, Township 14 South, Ra'!.9..~3 West, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the East ri.9.!!! of way l..!ne of the exi5ting
~i9hway and the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of said Section; thence Northerly along said right of way line, 792.0 feet;
thence East 90.0 feet at right angles; thence Southerly parallel with said
right of way line to said South line; thence West 90.0 feet to the place of
beginning. The above contains 1.64 acres, more or less.
