A tract of land in the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast Quarter of Section
11, Township 14 South, Range 3 West of the 6th Principal Meridain in
Saline County. Kansas, said tract being d part of Dry Creek Drainage
Right-of-way and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot One, Block One,
Hixson-Lehenbauer Subdivision P.U.D., Saline County, Kansas; Thence
along the East line of said Lot One, being the West line of said Dry
Creek Drainage Right-of-way, on an assumed bearing of S8°10'50"W a
distance of 122.73 feet to a point on said Lot line that is
approximately 1 foot outside of an existing building; Thence continuing
approximately 1 foot outside said building the following courses:
S89°51'50"E a distance of 37.84 feet; Noo08'10"E a distance of 50.00
feet; S89°51'50"E a distance of 20.00 feet; NOO08'10"E a distance of
71.64 feet to a point on the North line of said Lot One extended East;
Thence S89°58'30"W, along said extended North line, a distance of 40.67
feet back to the point-or-beginning.
The above described tract of land contains 0.114 acres, more or less.
Said Survey and the accompònying plat are true and correct to the best
