It is our . finding that 41.9 percent of the properties in the benefit district which received complete public improvements(streets, water, sanitary sewer and drainage) have in fact been isssued Certificates of Occupancy. Therefore, the special conditions set forth in the letter have been met and the letter may be released. It is my understanding that your office is responsible for providing the necessary release of the letter of credit and notifying the bank as well as the account holder of said release. It is our recommendation that the release be issued as soon as possible. • Thank you for your help.
