To whom this concerns:
I have enclosed the fee for considering the vacation of Elmore
Drive between Crawford and Prescott. The physicians of
Mowery Clinic own the properties on both the east and west
sides of this section of street. We are requesting this change to
facilitate expansion of physician practices and to create space
for new physicians, In the event the street is vacated, we are
committed to making improvements to the area including
building expansion or remodeling, accessible parking for
patients and staff and landscaping in a manner that will
enhance the area,
