Dear Mr. O'leary:
Please be advised that Clara Barta has received a proposed easement from
Charles W. Walker and Trace E. Walker as trustees of the Charles W. Walker
Trust No.1, dated March 1, 1981, and Charles W. Walker and Carolyn I.
Walker, husband and wife, as Grantors, which is acceptable to Mrs. Barta.
Based on that proposed easement, and the promise to execute the same, Mrs.
Barta hereby withdraws her protest to the petition filed by Blue Beacon to
vacate a portion of Graves Boulevard in Westport Exchange Addition to the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
