Jones Addition end a portion of vacaled Lincoln Avenue and a portion of the vacated alley
adjacent to aforementioned Lots, all in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, more
particularly described 8S follows:
BEGINNING at the point of inlersection of Ihe cenlerline 01 vacated lincoln Avenue
and the easterly line of Fifth Street;
Thence northerly along said easterly line of Fifth Street. a distance of 1 15 feet;
Thence northeasterly, along a line to a point, said point being 5 feet easterly ilnd 135
feet distant northerly, from the southeasterly corner of said Lot 30 on Fillh Street in Jones
Addition, said point also being in the centerline of the vacated north and south elley
