(C) The extent of the propo$ed improvetlent district to be asses$ed as Indicated on the attached plat and is
described as follows: Lots 4 throuQh 15. Bloc~ 1; Lots 1 through 4, Block 2; Lots 1 through 5
and 16 throuQh 20. Block 3; Lots 1 through 5 ~nd 16 through 20, Block 4; lots 1 through 5
and 12 throuQh 20. Block 5; and Lots 1 through 9, Block 6, Eastview Estates Addltlon,
(0) The proposed method of assessment isl shall be based upon equal assessment for each lot in
the benefit district.
(E) The proposed apportionment of costs betneen the Improvement district and the Clty-at-large 15:
One Hundred percent ( 100 ') to be assessed against the Improvement dhtrl ct and
Zero percent ( 0 ') to be assessed against the City-at-large.
(F) We further propose that such Improvement be made "lthout notice and hearing as required by K.S.A. 12-6aO4(1)
as amended,
