I. The platted restricted access beginning at the northcast corner of Lot Two(2), ß1oek
Onc( I), Waters Subdivision, and extending south along the east line of said Lot
Two(2) a ùisiance ófNinety(90) feel, is hereby vacated.
2. Restricted access along the entire cast side of Lot Two(2), Block One(I), Waters
Subdivision, except for a sixty(60) foot break which begins at a point Iifty(50) feet
south of the northeast. corner of said Lot Two(2) and extends southerly to a point
which is one-hundred ten(llO) feet south of the northeast corner of said Lot Two(2) is
hereby dedicated.
