A tract located in Lot 4,
Block 1, Frank Industrial Area
Addition, City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 3 in said Block 1;
thence north along the east line of said Lot 3 extended, a
distance of sixty (60) feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing north along said east line extended, a distance of
fifteen feet; thence west and parallel with the north line of
said Lot 3, a distance of ten (10) feet to the west line of a
platted twenty (20) foot utility easement; thence south along
the west line of said easement, a distance of fifteen (15) feet;
