Gentlemen and Mrs. Graves:
On March 7 and 21, 1978, the Salina City Planning Commission reviewed
Petition #3681, filed by Pepsi-Cola Bottling Co. (Larry Weber),
requesting vacation of N. 8th Street between Decatur and W. Lincoln and
the vacation of the north-south alley between Decatur, W. Lincoln,
N. 8th and N. 7th.
On March 21, 1978, a motion was unanimously approved (7-0) to recommend
that these vacations be approved, subject to the payment for the relocation
of all existing utilities in advance.
