PARTIAL DRAINAGE EASEMENT VACATION
A tract of land located in Lot I, Block. I, Replat of Salina Presbyterian Manor Inc. Subdivision to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, also being a part of a drainage easement recorded in Misc. Oook 131, Pages 85
& 86, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said of Lot I, Block I;
thence N 890 22' 27" E along the South line of said Lot I, a distance of30.00 feet to the east line of
said drainage casement;
thence N 000 00' 00" E along the East line of said easement, a distance of 59.04 feet to the point of
beginning;
thence S 890 22' 27" W parallel with the South line of said Lot I, a distance of 15.60 feet;
thence N 000 00' 00" E, a distance of52.74 feet;
thence N 89022' 27" E parallel with the South line of said Lot I, a distance of 15.60 feet to the east
line of said drainage easement;
thence S 000 00' 00" W along said East line, a distance of 52.74 feet, back to the point of beginning.
Said described tract of land contains 823 square feet or 0.019 acres more or less, ami is shown on Exhibit "0".
