A parcel of land located in the Northwest Quarter (NW Y4) of Section 31,
Township 14 South, Range 2 West of the 6th P.M., in Saline County, Kansas,
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of said Section 31. Thence S 00° 00' 00"
W , a distance of 561.23'. thence N 89° 02' 15" E a distance of 70.01' to the point
of beginning.

thence S 00° 00' 00' W a distance of 86.92'
thence S 89° 02' 15" W a distance of 481.23'
