Hereby propose that such improvement be made in the manner provided by Article 6a. Chapter 12 ofthe Kansas Statutes Annotated. as
amended,

including grading, pavement, curbs and gutters, storm inlets and any incidentals
thereto to complete the residential street standard and drainage systems or 100%
less (-) the amount (19.5%) that would be attributable to the tract on the south
side of Brook wood Lane had this tract been included in the benefit district."

including grading, pavement, curbs and gutters, stonn inlets and any incidentals
thereto to complete the residential street standard and drainage systems or the
amount that would be attributable to the tract on the south side ofBrookwood
Lane had tills tract been included in the benefit district. **
. .Due to findings by the City of Salina that the tract on the south side of
Brookwood Lane is bisected by a major drainage channel and easement that serves
off-site properties, tills tract is deemed undevelopable, As a result, tills property
receives no benefit fÌ'om these improvements, and was therefore excluded fÌ'om the
benefit district, The city-at-Iarge will pay the appropriate equivalent lot costs for'
tills tract for the Brookwood Lane drainage crossing and the Brookwood Lane street
construction,
