Lot 20, Block 1 UTILITY EASEMENT This Indenture, made this ~ day of November, 1975, by and between MELVIN R. and SHARON K. CROWDER, Parties of the First Part and THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, Parties of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: That the said Parties of the First Part for a good and valuable consideration receipt and sufficiency of which'is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said Parties of the Second Part an easement in, over and across a certain tract of land owned by the Parties of the First Part more particularly described as follows: The south five feet (5') of the east fifty feet (50') of Lot Twenty (20), Block One (1), of Cloverdale Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas. for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Parties of the Second Part, its servants, officers, employees, contractors and utility companies for the purpose of the construction, installation, repairing, replacing and maintaining utilities as may be necessary in connection therewith, in perpetuity. The Parties of the First Part reserve the right to determine the location of all power poles, telephone poles, cable television poles, etc. placed within this utility easement.
