Lots 8 - 10, Block 2 DEDICATION OF EASEMENT
We, the undersigned Verner C. Smith and Pearl E. Smith, husband
and wife of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, being the sole and exclusive
owners of all of Lot Eight (8) and the parts of Lots Nine (9) and Ten
(10) in Block Two (2) in the Replat of a Part of Bonnie Ridge Addition
to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, included in the following
do herewith dedicate, for use as a public utility easement, that part
of said land described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of Lot Ten (10) a
distance of Forty-six and one-half feet (46,5,) south of
the southeast corner of Lot Eight (8), thence northwest
to a point Twenty feet (20') east and Seven feet (7')
south of the southwest corner of Lot Eight (8), thence
northeast at right angles a distance of Fourteen feet
(14'), thence southeast to a point on the east line of
Lot Ten (10), and Thirty-two and one-half feet (32.5')
south of the southeast corner of Lot Eight (8), thence
south Fourteen feet (14') to the point of beginning, all
in Block Two (2) in the Replat of a part of Bonnie Ridge
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
