Gentlemen and Mrs. Graves:
On February 21,1978, the Salina City Planning Commission considered the requests
by John Mize to eliminate certain words from the County Clerk and City Clerk Cer-
tificate and the Certificate as to Special Assessments, both found in Sec. V. (C)
of the Appendix B of the Salina Code (Ordinance #6751).
After consideration of these requests, the Planning Commission voted (4-1) to
recommend that the attached certificates be substituted for those existing.
