This Indenture, made this 4th day of ~, 1976, by and between
KATIE L. BROWN, a widc~, Party of the First Part and THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS, a municipal corporation, Party of ~he Second Part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Party of the First Part for a good and valuable consid-
eration receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does by
these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said Party of the Second
Part an easen~nt in, over and across a certain tract of land owned by the
Party of the First Part more particularly described as follows:
The East Ten Feet (E 10') of Lot Seven (7), Block
Three (3) of Replat of Beebe's Second Addition to the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas,
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the Second
Part, its servants, officers, enployees and contractors for the purpose
of constructing, installing, repairing, replacing and maintaining a water
line and any other utilities as may be necessary in connection therewith,
in perpetuity.
IN WITNESS WHEPd~F, the said Party of the First Part has hereunto
set her hand the day and year first above written.
