RESOLUTION NUMBER 90-4212
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO STATE AID FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF CITY CONNECTING LINKS ON THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute for and on behalf of the City of Salina, Kansas, Agreement No. 98-90
between the City and the Kansas Department of Transportation, giving the
Secretary of Transportation of the State of Kansas authority to act for the City,
and in its place and stead, to obtain for the City the benefits of State Aid and
obtain the benefits of such legislation for the City on the terms and conditions
set forth in such agreement as may be prepared and approved by the Secretary
of Transportation for the improvement beginning at 1-135 / Schilling Road
interchange easterly to the Schilling Road / Ninth Street intersection designated
as city connecting link on the State Highway System and known as Project
Number 135-85 K-3707-01.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
23rd day of July, 1990.
