RESOLUTION NUMBER 90-4243
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE SALINA BUSINESS
DISTRICT NUMBER 1 ADVISORY BOARD AND SALINA BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NUMBER 1 DESIGN REVIEW BOARD.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has established through Resolution
Number 88-4016, amended by Resolution Numbers 90-4160 and 90-4142, a policy
regarding appointments and administration of the citizen boards system; and
WHEREAS, Section 2(c) of Resolution Number 90-4242 calls for
appointments to be made by Resolution submitted by the Mayor to the full City
Commission for final approval; and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on certain citizens boards,
commissions and committees; SO NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the following persons, as proposed by the Mayor of
the City of Salina, are hereby appointed to the designated citizen boards for the
term indicated:
SALINA BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER 1 ADVISORY BOARD
Gayland Gaut, appointed to fill the unexpired term of John Gunn to
August 31, 1993.
Paula Wright, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Gary Rumsey to
August 31, 1993.
Anthony McGraw, reappointed for a 3 year term to August 31, 1993.
James T. Graves, reappointed for a 3 year term to August 31, 1993.
Harold Cooley, reappointed for a 3 year term to August 31, 1993.
SALINA BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT DESIGN REVIEW BOARD
Charles Weathers, reappointed for a 3 year term to August 31, 1993.
Tommy York, reappointed for a 3 year term to August 31, 1993.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
22nd day of October, 1990.
