Petition Number 3660 - filed hy Georfle Etherington
requesting vacation of 50' oil pipeline easement in
Georgetown Addition.
Mr. Etherington has obtained from the Mobil Pipe Line
Company a release relinquishing all rights to the above subject
easement and has recorded same with the Saline County Register
of Deeds.
To be sure that it is totally cleared from the records, I
would recommend that the City vacate any interest we may have
in this easement.
