EASEMENT
This indenture,
by and between SKELLY OIL
incorporated and existing
the State of Delaware
business at Kansas City
of the first part and the
part, WITNESSETH:

COMPANY, a corporation duly organized
under and by virtues of the laws of
and having its principal place of
in the State of Missouri ,
CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, of the second
WHEREAS, the party of the second part desires to obtain,
an easement over, upon and through certain land owned by the first
party as hereinafter described; and,
WHEREAS, the party of the first part is the owner in
fee simple of the said land and is willing to grant the party of
the second part said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the said party of the first part, in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and
valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, does by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto the said party of the second part, a temporary construction
easement in, over and across a certain portion of land owned by
the first party more particularly described as follows;
A parcel of ground lying in the West Half of the
NW/4 of the SW/4 of Sec. 36-T13S-R3W more parti-
cularly described as follows;
Beginning at a point 1575.6' South ~nd 70' East
of the Northwest Corner of the SW/4 of Sec. 36,
such point being on the centerline at the Mulberry
Creek Channel and the East Right of Way line of
U.S. 81 Highway. Thence East along the centerline
of Mulberry Creek a distance of 43' more or less.
Thence North on a line parallel to the East Right
of Way of U.S. 81 Highway a distance of 179' more
or less. Thence West a distance of 34' more or
less, to the Interstate 70 Right of Way. Thence
Southwesterly along said Right of Way to the East
Right of Way of U.S. 81 Highway. Thence South
along said Right of Way to the point of beginning.
All which contains 1.72 Acres, more or less.
for all the rights of ingress and egress of said second part, its
servants, officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of
installing a sanitary sewer line and a sanitary sewer lift sta-
tion and other appurtenances thereto.

has hereunto caused this easement to be signed on its behalf by
