Second reading Ordinance No. 05-10301 providing for a change in zoning district classification from
R-3 (Multi-Family Residential) to H-M (Hospital-Medical) on property described as Lot 1, Block 4,
Beebe's Addition and the South half of Lot 8 on Seventh Street, Holland's Addition (aka 446, 448 and
450 S. Seventh Street).
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance No. 05-10301 was passed on first reading on August 8, 2005 and since that time no
comments have been received.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Ordinance No. 05-10301 on second reading.
