DEDICATION OF UTILITY EASEMENT
Graves Trust, being the owner of the tract of land described below in the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas does hereby give, grant, dedicate and convey unto the General Public a Utility
Easement over and across the following described property:
A tract of land for construction and maintenance of water line and appurtenances only, ly~g,in the.
Southwest One-Quarter of Section 20, Township 14 South, Range 2 West of the 6th Principal
Meridian, City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, and being more particularly described as follows;
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Mariposa, an addition to the City of Salina, Saune County
as recorded in Plat Book A-B at Page 25 of the records of said Saline County; thence N 00° 38 '43"E
along the east line of said addition, a distance of 50.00 feet to the true Point of Beginning; thence
S 89° 21'l7"E, a distance of 285.00 feet; thence along a curve to the right, having a radius of 305.00
feet, an arc length of 373.20 feet, the long chord of which bears S 54 ° 18' 03"E, a distance of 350.35
feet; thence S 19° 14' 49"E, a distance of 367.26 feet; thence along a curve to the left, having a radius
of 300.00 feet, an arc length of 293.69 feet, the long chord of which bears S 47° 17' 31 "E, a distance of
282.10 feet to a point on the north right-of-way line of Cloud Street; thence N 89° 49' 41" E, along
said north right-of-way line, a distance of 232.87 feet; thence N 86° 29' 44"W, a distance of 155.95
feet; thenée along a non-tangent curve to the right, having a radius of 280.00 feet, an arc length of
347.03 feet, the long chord of which bears N 54° 45' 10"W, a distance of 325.24 feet; thence
N 19° 14' 49"W, a distance of 367.26 feet; thence along a curve to the left, having a radius of 325.00
feet, an arc length of 397.67 feet, the long chord of which bears N 54° 18' 03"W, a distance of 373.32
feet; thence N 89° 21'17"W,a distance of 285.00 feet toa point on the east line of the aforementioned
Mariposa addition; thence S 00° 38' 43"W along said east. line, a distance of 20.00 feet, to the Point
of Beginning.
Said tract contains 28,202 square feet or 0.647 acres, more or less.
That the undersigned hereby covenants that Graves Trust is the lawful owner of the above
described property and has the right, power, and authority to convey the rights granted hereby.
