COMMISSION INFORMATION MEMORANDUM

ITEM OF INTEREST:
The kick-off of the 2005 Tri-Rivers Fair and Rodeo will begin with the parade at 5:30 p.m.,
Wednesday, Auqust 10. Commissioners are invited to ride in the parade on the City's very
own Ahren's-Fox Antique Fire Engine. If you would like to ride with your fellow
Commissioners, please tell LaDonna by Monday, August 8TH. Plan to meet at Fire Station #1
(7th/Elm) between 5:00 and 5: 15. The end of the parade route for you will be at the corner of
Prescott and Santa Fe where the fire engine driver will circle back to Fire Station #1.
If you do ride in the parade and share treats with the public, the Fair Board asks that for
safety purposes, someone walk along beside your vehicle, remaining close to the public and
hand out treats, rather than throwing from the vehicle.
MONDAY'S MEETING:
1. Enclosed are other items on the agenda. If any Commissioner has any questions or
cannot attend the meeting, please contact me.
2. Let's begin the study session at 3:30 p.m. An agenda is attached.
