Rescheduling of appeal hearing on taxi driver license denial.
Background
At the November 17, 1997 meeting, the City Commission continued this appeal hearing until December
15, 1997, as requested by appellant Gary Galbraith. Staff is now requesting that the hearing be continued
until December 22, 1997. Mr. Galbraith has been notified of the date change.
Recommendation
Continue the taxi driver license appeal hearing for Gary Galbraith to the December 22, 1997 City
Commission meeting.
