EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this ~8~ day of ~, 1994, by and
between ELMER PAULS & ALTHEA PAULS, Parties of the First Part and THE CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Parties of the First Part for a good and valuable
consideration receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said Party of the Second
Part an easement in, over and across a certain tract of land owned by the
Parties of the First Part more particularly described as follows:
The south ten (10) feet of the north fifty (50) feet of the west four
hundred three and eighty-five hundredths (403.85) feet of the East half of
the Northeast Quarter (E/2 of NE 1/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township
Fourteen (14) South, Range Two (2) West of the 6th P. M. in Saline County,
Kansas. Said tract contains 0.093 acres, more or less. (Exhibit IIAII)
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the Second
Part, its servants, officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of the
construction, installation, repairing, replacing and maintaining a water line in
perpetuity.
