UTILITY /DRAINAGE EASEMENT
This Indenture, made this 9th day of MAY, 2000, by Landmark Development Company, hereafter
designated as party of the First part and THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, Parties of
the Second part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Party of the First part for the good and valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said Parties of the Second part an
easement in, over and across a certain tract of land owned by the Party of the First part more particularly described
as follows:
The South Ten Feet (10') of Lot 9, Block 2 of Woodland Hills Estates Addition.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Parties of the Second Part, its servants, officers, employees and
contractors for the purpose of the construction, installation, repairing, replacing and maintaining a Utility and
Drainage Easement, in perpetuity.
