upon and through certain land owned by first parties, as hereinafter des-

party said easemetrt; and

That the parties of the first part, in consideration of the payment
of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideratiptt, re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto second party an easement in, over, and acro,s a cer-
tain portion of the land owned by first parties, and more particvlarly
described as follows, to-wit:

tion to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, descl'ibed

taining, replacing and repairing a sanitary sewer, and all connections,
manholes, flush tanks, sluice gates and other appurtenances thereto in
perpetuity,
