CONTRACTOR: Wilbur Construction Co. 1707 Upper Mill Terrace, Salina, Kansas 67401
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into 22nd day of June 2005 , by
and between the CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, Owner, and the above named Contractor, modifies the existing
contract dated April 26, 2004 , under the above subject, project and project number in the
following particulars to wit:
1. The specifications and drawings for certain street improvements in the City of Salina, Kansas, dated
March - 2004 , are hereby amended in the following particulars only; all other terms and conditions remain
unchanged.
ITEM NO. DESCRIPTION
1. Add "Remove & Replace Concrete Curb & Gutter". Additional replacement due to deterioration, 180.15
lineal feet.
2. Deduct "Remove & Replace Reinforced Concrete Pavement". Deduct is result of actual measurement to
complete project, -76.18 square yards.
3. Add "Subgrade Modifications (AB -3)". Increase due to actual field measurements, 5.68 cubic yards.
4. Deduct "Sidewalk Ramps". No sidewalk ramp replacement necessary, -1 lump sum.
5. Deduct "Concrete Sidewalk, 4" ". No sidewalk replacement necessary, -1 square foot.
6. Add "Concrete Pavement, 9.5" ". Increase due to actual field measurements, 14.19 square yards.
7. Deduct "Pavement Removal'. Concrete used on Bond Street in place of asphalt. Additional removal price is
included on item 17, -953.50 square yards.
8. Deduct "Asphalt Pavement, 9" ". Concrete used on Bond Street in place of asphalt, -952.00 square yards.
9. Add "Regrade Manhole". Additional manholes required regrading, 8 each.
10. Add "Regrade Water Valve". Additional water valve that required regrading, 3 each.
11. Add "Borrow, (Contractor Furnished)". Actual field measurements, 94 cubic yards.
16. Add "Remove & Replace with 6" High Early". Actual field measurements, 42.59 square yards.
17. Add " Remove & Replace Reinforced Concrete Pavement". Concrete used on Bond Street in place of
asphalt at a reduced concrete price, 1,060.55 square yards.
2. The undersigned proposes to furnish all tools, appliances, equipment, materials, and labor required to complete
the construction in a thorough, workmanlike, and satisfactory manner in accordance with the drawings, specifications,
and contract documents, for the following prices:
