Book / '10 Page g 7 EAS E~1 ENT THI S INDENTURE, made thi s /71.-~ day of July, 1987, by and between LEE HAWORTH CONSTRUCTION COt,1PANY, INC., a Kansas corporation, with principal offices at Salina, Saline County, Kansas, of the First Part and THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, of the Second Part: WITNESSETH: The said Party of the First Part for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Party of the Second Part, an easement in, over and across certain tracts of land in Twin Oaks II Subdivision, City of Salina, Kansas owned by the First Party, more particularly described as follows: The south ten (10) feet of Lots 8 and 29 and the north ten (10) feet of Lots 9 and 28, Block 2~win Oaks II Subdivision, City of Salina, Kansas; the south fifteen (15) feet of Lot 4, also the north five (5) feet of Lot 5, also the north ten (10) feet of Lot 8, also the south ten (10) feet of Lot 9, all in Block 4,~ Twin Oaks II Subdivision, City of Salina, Kansas; the north twenty (20) feet of Lots 2 and 7, Block 5,~Twin Oaks II Subdivision, City of Salina, Kansas; a tract twenty (20) feet in width, being ten (10) feet either side of a line located four hundred sixty-one and seven tenths (461.7) feet north of & parallel with the south line of Lot 1, Block 6YTwin Oaks II Subdivision, City of Salina, Kansas; and a tract twenty (20) feet in width located within the vacated R/W of Redbud Lane~ being ten (10) feet either side of a line located four hundred sixty-one and seven tenths (461.7) feet north of and parallel with the north line of Burr Oak Lane. .for all of the rights of ingress and egress of said Second Party, its servants, officers, employees and contractors, for the purpose of constructing, install- ing, repairing, replacing and maintaining public storm sewer, in perpetuity.
