EASEMENT
This Indenture, made this 7 day of ~ ¡/~k~ ' 1994, by and
between LEE HAWORTH CONST. CO., INc., Party of the First part and THE CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, Parties of the Second part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Party of the First part for a good and valuable consideration receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto said Parties of the Second part an easement in, over and across a certain tract of land owned
by the Party of the First part more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land located in Lot 33, Block 2, Twin Oaks II Subdivision in the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
The North Twenty (20') Feet of Lot Thirty-three (33), Block Two (2), Twin Oaks
II Subdivision in the city of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
The above described tract ofland contains 1,836.30 square feet, more or less.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Parties of the Second Part, its servants,
officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of the construction, installation, repairing,
replacing and maintaining a sanitary sewer pipeline, in perpetuity.
