EASEMENT

between LEE HAWORTH CONST. CO., INC., Party of the First part and THE CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, Parties of the .Second part, WITNESSETH:
That the said Party of the First part for a good and valuable consideration receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto said Parties of the Second part an easement in, over and across a certain tract of land owned
by the Party of the First part more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land located in Lot 31, Block 2, Twin Oaks II Subdivision in the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
Beginning at the North comer of said Lot Thirty-one (31), thence along an arc of a
non-tangent curve, with a chord bearing of South 46 degrees, 39 minutes, 20
seconds East and chord distance of 32.05 feet, said curve having a radius of
310.00 feet, a distance of 32.07 feet; thence South 46 degrees, 18 minutes, 29
seconds West, a distance of 20.00 feet, said point intersecting a non tangent curve
to the left with a chord bearing North 46 degrees, 39 minutes, 19 seconds West,
said curve having a radius of 290.00 feet; thence Northwesterly along the arc of
said curve a distance of 30.00 feet to a point on the Northwest line of said Lot
Two (2); thence North 40 degrees, 22 minutes, 52 seconds East, along the
Northwest line of said Lot Two (2), a distance of 20.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
The above described tract ofland contains 620.69 square feet, more or less.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Parties of the Second Part, its servants,
officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of the construction, installation, repairing,
replacing and maintaining a sanitary sewer pipeline, in perpetuity.

That portion of Lot Thirty-one (31), Block Two (2), in Twin Oaks 1/
Subdivision in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as
follows:
Beginning at the North corner of said Lot Thirty-one (31), thence along
an arc of a non-tangent curve, with a chord bearing of South 46
degrees 39 minutes 20 seconds East and chord distance of 32.05
Feet, said curve having a radius of 310.00 feet, a distance of 32.07
Feet:
- thence South 46 degrees 18 minutes 29 seconds West, a distance of
20.00 Feet, said point intersecting a non tangent curve to the left with
a cord bearing North 46 degrees 39 minutes 19 seconds West, said
curve having a radius of 290.00 Feet;
-thence Northwesterly along the arc of said curve a distance of 30.00
Feet to a point on the Northwest line of said Lot Two (2);
-thence North 40 degrees 22 minutes 52 seconds East along the
