EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this II day of January, 1994, by and between
LONNIE D. HENDERSON & DAWN L. HENDERSON, Parties of the First Part and THE CITY
OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, Parties of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH:
That the said Parties of the First Part for a good and valuable
consideration receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said Parties of the Second
Part a drainage easement in, over and across a certain tract of land owned' by
the Parties of the First Part more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land located in Lot 23, Block 2, Tasker Addition to the City of
Salina, Kansas described as follows:
Commencing at the south corner of said Lot Twenty Three (23), thence North
43° 59 minutes 34 seconds West along the South line of said lot Twenty Three
(23) a distance of 35.40 feet to the point of beginning;
thence North 43° 59 minutes 34 seconds West along said South line a distance
of 27.80 feet;
thence South 90° 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 65.50 feet to a
non tangent curve to the Southwest, said curve being the East line of said
Lot Twenty Three (23) and said curve having a radius of 120.00 feet and a
central angle of 10° 04 minutes 24 seconds;
thence Southwesterly along said curve a distance of 21.10 feet;
thence North 90° 00 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 39.56 feet to the
point of beginning.
The abo~e described parcel of land contains 1,057.08 square feet more
or less.
for all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Parties of the Second
Part, its servants, officers, employees and contractors for the purpose of the
construction, installation, repairing, replacing and maintaining a sanitary
sewer pipeline, in perpetuity.
