SUTHERLAND LUMBER AND HOME IMPROVEMEN CO., Party of the First Part and
THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, Party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH:
That the said Party of the First Part for a good and valuable consideration receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey
unto said Party of the Second Part an easement in, over and across a certain tract of land located in
Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Sutherland Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, owned by
the Party of the First Part, more particularly described as follows:
The south five feet of the north fifteen feet of Lots I and 2, Block I, Sutherland Addition to the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas,
For all of the rights of ingress and egress of the said Party of the Second Part, its servants, officers,
employees and contractors for the purpose of the construction, installation, repairing, replacing and
maintaining public utilities in perpetuity.
