Of œiõs THIS INDENTURE, MADE THIS I ð day of October, 1963, by E. COBB and BERTHA COBB, husband and wife, of Salina, Kansas, and THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, of the second part; and, ON CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT and between ROLLI of the first part WHEREAS, party of the second part desires to obtain an easement over, upon and through certain land owned by the parties of the first part as herein- after described; and, WHEREAS, the parties of the first part are the owners in fee simple of said land and are willing to grant said second party said easement; and, SO NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That the parties of the first part in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these present, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto second party an easement in, over and across a certain portion of land owned by parties of the first part, more particularl.¡ described as follows: A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section 18-T 14S - R2W described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North Right-Of-Way line of Glen Ave. said point being One-Hundred and Sixty (160) feet east and Twen- ty (20) feet north of the Southwest (SW) corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section 18-T14S - R2W, Thence north a distance of Five (5) feet, thence west, and parallel to the north right-of-way line at Glen Ave. a distance of One-Hundred and Ten (110) feet. Thence North 42° 58' West a dis- tance of 60.35' to a point on the east right-of-way line of Chan- nel Road, thence South 7° 03' West, along said right-of-way line, a distance of 50.0', more or less to the intersecting point of the north right-of-way line at Glen Ave. Thence east along said right- of-way line a distance 157.3', more or less, to the point of begin- ning. All uf which contains .04 acre, more or less, for all the rights of ingress and egress of second party, its servants, officer, employees and contractors for the purpose of constructing, installing, repairin , replacing and maintaining a public street and any public utilities and any othe appurtenances thereto in perpetuity.
