RIGHT -OF-WAY
The West 8 Ft. of the East 35 Ft. of Lot 12 in Surveyor's Plat No. 12 to the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, containing 800 Sq. Ft., more or less.
The above described Tract (8 Ft.) lying West of and imnediately adjacent to
the existing 27 Ft. of right-of-way on the West side of Ohio Street, which
was acquired as follo\lJs: .
20 feet dedicated for roadway right-of-way as recorded in the Office of the
Saline County Register of Deeds in Road Record Book "C" page 141 and dated
April 4, 1907; 7 Ft. acquired by condemnation for the widening of Ohio Street
as stated in Ordinance No. 3783, passed on September 16,1929.
This conveyance will establish the West right-of-way line of Ohio Street as
being 35 Ft. West of and parallel with the East line of the NE~ of Section 13,
Township 14 South, Range 3 West.
PERMANENT EASEMENT
The West 5 Ft. of the East 40 Ft. of Lot 12 in Surveyor's Plat No. 12 to the
City of Salina, Sal ine County, Kansas, containing 500 Sq. Ft., more or less.
This permanent easement (5 Ft.) to 1 ie \~est. of and immediately adjacent to the
35 Ft. of right-of-way on the West side of Ohio Street, as described above.
