The above described Tract (8 Ft.) lying West of and imnediately adjacent to the existing 27 Ft. of right-of-way on the West side of Ohio Street, which was acquired as follo\lJs: . 20 feet dedicated for roadway right-of-way as recorded in the Office of the Saline County Register of Deeds in Road Record Book "C" page 141 and dated April 4, 1907; 7 Ft. acquired by condemnation for the widening of Ohio Street as stated in Ordinance No. 3783, passed on September 16,1929. This conveyance will establish the West right-of-way line of Ohio Street as being 35 Ft. West of and parallel with the East line of the NE~ of Section 13, Township 14 South, Range 3 West. PERMANENT EASEMENT The West 5 Ft. of the East 40 Ft. of Lot 12 in Surveyor's Plat No. 12 to the City of Salina, Sal ine County, Kansas, containing 500 Sq. Ft., more or less.
