Second reading Ordinance No. 05-10283 amending Chapter 25 of the Salina Code by repealing
Section 25-160 pertaining to negligent storage of firearms.
BACKGROUND:
Ordinance No. 05-10283 was passed on first reading on June 27, 2005 and since that time no
comments have been received.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Ordinance No. 05-10283 on second reading.
