Dear ~.r. 015 on :
I am, by this letter, requesting a place on the City
Commission agenda on July 18th for the purpose of proposing a
new schedule of rates and chatges to be approved or denied
during the meeting of the 18th.
If approval is given we will notify our subscribers by
letter during mid-August that the new rate will become effective
the first of September, 1977.
A copy of the proposed schedule
of rates and charges is enclosed and is herewith filed with the
City in accordance with Section IV of our current Franchise
Ordinance.
